When is rent due?

Rent is due on the first of each month. Late fees are applied per the terms of your lease agreement.

How do I pay rent?

Rent payments are processed through the JMG bank portal. Click the Pay Rent button at the top of this page to access the system.

How long does a maintenance request take?

JMG reviews all maintenance requests promptly. Response times vary by urgency. Emergency issues are addressed as soon as possible.
