Julyan Management Group LLC. was established in 2013 following the acquisition of LH Management, a recognized leader in property management within Talbot County for many years. Both organizations brought deep contacts across the business, government, and real estate sectors of the region.
The blending of Julyan Management and LH Management was a natural fit. Julyan Management subsequently assumed full operation of the company in 2013 and has grown its footprint across Talbot, Dorchester, and Caroline Counties ever since.
While Julyan Management Group has evolved over the years, the core principals of the company have remained unchanged: small, personalized, trustworthy representation.
