When is rent due?

Rent is due on the first of each month. Late fees are applied per the terms of your lease agreement.

How do I pay rent?

Rent payments are processed through the JMG bank portal. Click the Pay Rent button at the top of this page to access the system.

How long does a maintenance request take?

JMG reviews all maintenance requests promptly. Response times vary by urgency. Emergency issues are addressed as soon as possible.

Security Deposit Policy. A security deposit equal to one month's rent is due upon lease signing. Deposits are held in escrow per Maryland law and returned within 45 days of move-out, less any deductions for damages beyond normal wear and tear.

Renters Insurance. Julyan Management Group strongly recommends all tenants carry renters insurance for the duration of their lease.

Pet Policy. Pets are subject to owner approval, breed restrictions, and an additional pet deposit or monthly pet fee where applicable.

Declaration. I/We certify that the information provided in this application is true and complete to the best of my/our knowledge. I/We authorize Julyan Management Group LLC. to verify this information, including credit, criminal, and rental history, for the purpose of evaluating this application. I/We understand that providing false information may result in denial of this application or termination of any resulting lease.
